Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from MyFootballPlays.com. The following policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. This includes football wristbands, play inserts, play cards, printed playbooks, and wristband-and-play packages.

All approved physical-product returns are processed through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and returned to an authorized Amazon fulfillment center.

To begin a return, email support@myfootballplays.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will create the Amazon return authorization and provide the required return form and Amazon fulfillment-center mailing instructions.

Do not initiate the return through your personal Amazon account. Do not mail the product to the address printed on the original shipping package. The correct Amazon fulfillment-center address and authorization information will be provided after your return request is approved.

Returns sent without the Amazon return authorization or to an unauthorized address may be delayed or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an accurately fulfilled order because of preference, sizing, color selection, or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support@myfootballplays.com. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or prepaid return method at no additional cost to you.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Amazon will inspect the returned product after it arrives at the designated fulfillment center. After the return is received and processed, MyFootballPlays.com will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after refund approval for the credit to appear. Processing times vary by bank or credit-card provider.

Products returned used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or outside the 30-day return window may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges and Order Problems

For an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, contact support@myfootballplays.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs when applicable.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate Amazon return authorization, replacement, or refund instructions.

Digital Products and Play Designer Access

Because downloadable playbooks, digital files, subscriptions, and Play Designer access are delivered electronically or provide immediate access to digital content, they are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable after delivery or activation.

If you purchased the wrong digital product, contact support@myfootballplays.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will work with you to correct the order when reasonably possible.

Refund requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, technical access failures, or other special circumstances will be reviewed individually.

Cancellations

Physical-product orders may only be canceled before they enter Amazon fulfillment. Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it is placed.

DOWNLOADABLE PLAYBOOKS
My Football Plays will only issue a refund on a DOWNLOADABLE playbook for the following valid reasons:

1. Credit Card Fraud, your card is reported stolen or missing, we will follow all legal statues and issue your card a refund if this is the case.

2. Incorrect Product Ordered, if the product you ordered is not the one you intended to order please contact us and we will work to correct the matter with you, if you contact us within 24 hours of the receiving the order.

3. Special Reasons, if any other reason for a refund not listed arises, we will handle those claims on a case to case basis and try to resolve the matter fairly for both parties involved.

My Football Plays provides the most secure online shopping system possible; we use the industry standard 128-bit encryption to protect any information such as a Credit Card number that is sent to us via our website. All transactions are processed via the most secure credit card authorization network available, so each transaction is the most secure available.

If any charges are made to your card that are fraudulent, we ask you as the Cardholder to take the following steps:

2. Notify Your Local Law Enforcement Authority

If it is determined that the fraud was the result of shopping at My Football Plays, we will do everything possible to resolve the matter with the Credit Card company, and will provide any and all information requested by Law Enforcement agencies investigating the case.
